David Mesa, CFE

David Q. Mesa II, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Ballard Brands and Ballard Brands. In March 2005, he received the designation of Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) by the International Franchising Association for his work and study in the franchise industry and has maintained that designation to date. In January of 2018 Mesa was appointed to a four-year term, by United States Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, to the Louisiana District Export Council to contribute leadership and business experience in support of the Nation's joint industry/government export expansion efforts. Mr. Mesa also served eight years in the United States Marine Corp. as an Air Traffic Controller.
